Context
Pakosta acknowledged that at the initial stage of cooperation between the countries, there was a misunderstanding about which prisoners Sweden could send to Estonia. According to her, after the first case, the parties clarified the order of interaction, and cooperation began to occur more smoothly.
According to her, Estonia is ready to provide more detailed information about the crimes for which Swedish prisoners are convicted, after their number becomes large enough to form a generalized profile.

At the same time, Pakosta stressed that information about specific prisoners will not be made public for security reasons.
The agreement is valid for five years with the possibility of its extension for another three years.
