At the first stage, from August 1 to September 14, applicants had to submit to the tender commission a package of necessary documents, which consists of 15 points. Within the established deadlines, the relevant documents were received from 14 people.
However, when considering them, it turned out that only one applicant submitted all the documents and filled them out correctly. Five persons did not provide a certificate of proficiency in the state language. All of them were denied admission to the competition.
One applicant did not have the relevant work experience to hold the position of a member of the NSSMC, which belongs to category "A" of the civil service.
Another seven people made the same mistake – when filling out the application for an audit provided for by the Law "On Cleansing of Power" (the form can be downloaded), they did not indicate who they were actually contacting. The addressee was to be President Volodymyr Zelensky, to whom the NSSMC is subordinate.
