The draft state budget for 2027 includes UAH 84.9 billion to finance housing programs. — Ukrinform.
This was announced in Telegram by the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Development Olena Shulyak, Ukrinform reports.
24.4 billion UAH (+8.9 billion UAH) for compensation for damaged and lost housing under the "eRenovation" program, 6.9 billion UAH (+1.2 billion UAH) for compensation to veterans with disabilities of groups I and II under the "Housing for IDPs with tot" program.
Another UAH 5.5 billion (+ UAH 0.3 billion) is included in the special fund for the implementation of the HOME program (implemented with the support of the EBRD).
The draft document provides UAH 2.4 billion for the provision of housing for the military.
UAH 0.7 billion will be received by the Energy Efficiency Fund for the implementation of housing energy efficiency projects and financing the restoration of destroyed housing.
"Housing policy in the budget-2027 is UAH 84.9 billion, which is UAH 38.3 billion more than last year. Housing remains one of the state priorities, and the figures confirm this," the report says.
According to the deputy, it is planned to allocate 45 billion UAH to the program of providing housing for citizens through "eHousing", which is 27.9 billion UAH more than this year.
