How dirty is the air in Kyiv and large cities of Ukraine on September 25
The most polluted air is in Ivano-Frankivsk, where dust is about four times higher than normal.
In general, as of the morning of September 25, there are no cities in Ukraine where the average level of pollution is dangerous for the population.
This is evidenced by the data of the international monitoring platform IQAir.
The average air quality in the capital corresponds to the "green" range of the pollution scale. At the same time, the upper limit of the norm established by the World Health Organization reaches 5.5 μg/m3.
Monitoring posts at individual locations record the average level of contamination. Konovalets, the concentration of dust is 20.6 μg/m3, on "Yellow" level in some nearby settlements: in Sofiivska Borshchahivka — 18.6 μg/m3, in Vyshhorod — 10.7 μg/m3, in Irpin — 22.2 μg/m3.
Air quality in a number of regional centers also remains average.
