Details: It is noted that Trump signed the document on Friday, September 18 (in Kyiv on the night of Saturday, November 19).
The document provides for sanctions against Russian officials, banks, oligarchs and the "shadow fleet", and also allows the US president to impose duties of up to 100% for countries that buy Russian oil and gas.
