According to Ukrinform, this is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

According to the investigation, using official access to the system and their own qualified electronic signatures, they changed the credentials of conscripts. In particular, information about the alleged registration of citizens, their conscription and referral to military units was entered into the "Obereg", although in fact this did not happen.

In total, four criminal proceedings involve at least 276 such records and cases of misrepresentation.

"Among the persons who were indicated in the system as mobilized were those who had already served in the military, left the military unit without permission, went missing or died. In other cases, citizens did not arrive at the CCC and SP at all, did not undergo military-medical commissions, were not enlisted in military units and were not actually mobilized, "the department said.

What's next

In particular, some of them were already performing military service, and one person was in the status of missing person under special circumstances. In a separate episode, according to the investigation, changes in the credentials were used to hide the conscript from conscription after the expiration of his booking.

Depending on the established circumstances, the actions of the suspects are qualified under Part 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - unauthorized change of information in the automated system by persons entitled to access it, and official forgery.
