Voronezhsintezkauchuk is a manufacturer of thermoplastics and synthetic rubbers. Since 2012, it has been owned by Sibur, Russia's largest petrochemical holding.

The governor of the Ulyanovsk region, Oleksiy Ruskikh, announced the damage to industrial and civil infrastructure as a result of the UAV attack. OSINT-expert ASTRA found that JSC "NPP" Plant Iskra"was attacked in Ulyanovsk.

This large electronic industry enterprise is part of the Almaz-Antey Concern. Founded in 1971, the plant specializes in the development and serial production of semiconductor devices, microwave components, medical devices, as well as power electronics and LTCC ceramic housings for radio electronic equipment.
