According to the results of the short and free skating programs, the Ukrainian scored 201.95 points. Kurtsev was second in both the short and free skate.
The winner of the junior competition was the representative of Japan Daya Ebihara, who scored 216.66 points. He won first place in both programs. The third place in the final protocol was taken by Habin Choi from the Republic of Korea - 194.89 points.
Thus, the final three winners: Daya Ebihara (Japan) — 216.66 points, Yegor Kurtsev (Ukraine) — 201.95, Habin Choi (Republic of Korea) — 194.89.
Kurtsev's personal record for the sum of the two programs is 208.45 points, which he scored at the Junior World Championships in 2026. At the junior Grand Prix in Ankara, Kurtsev updated his personal record in the short program — 71.00 points. The current "silver" was his first step on the podiumof the ISU Junior Grand Prix series.
