Ukrtelecom has launched a new virtual mobile operator U Mobile in Ukraine, which operates on the basis of TriMob LLC. This means that the company does not build its own network, but uses the infrastructure of other mobile operators under commercial agreements.
U Mobile has launched a line of tariffs "Seven" for individuals. It provides two tariff plans with 15 GB or 60 GB of mobile Internet per month.
Both packages also provide 500 minutes for calls within Ukraine and 15 SMS. The minimum cost of tariffs starts from 360 UAH. You can pay for services immediately for one, three, six or 12 months.
One of the tariffs, "Simka 60", is also available in the "Optics+Simka" package from Ukrtelecom. It combines U Mobile and optical Internet at speeds up to 1 Gbit/s.
According to the director of "TriMob" Oleg Boyko, the company made tariffs with an emphasis on mobile Internet. He explains this by the fact that users are increasingly communicating via instant messengers and less likely to rely on regular voice calls.

You can connect to a new operator through a regular SIM card or eSIM. The connection becomes available after activation, and the paid package begins to operate from the next calendar month.
The company also added that nothing will change for existing 3Mob subscribers. They will continue to be able to use their rates, numbers, balances, and connected services. At the same time, new users will no longer be connected to 3Mob tariffs.
